The Southern Stroke 130lb chair that I have had fitted to my New Maritimo 500 "Kalira" is the ducks guts.

The Engineering and Quality is first class, the endless adjustment of positions and ease of operation makes this fighting chair the best on the market, and to top off the quality there are NO rattles or squeacking parts.

Hi Brad I thought I would just let you know that in mid 2007 I caught my first marlin at Bermagui on Allure which is fitted with a South Stroke chair I was on the marlin for about 20 minutes and it weighed in at 120kg. I found the chair very comfortable and supported me through out the fight. I also found that my legs and feet felt supported and that's where my strength came from while on the fish. It was a great experience you have done a great job on designing and manufacturing such a solid and durable chair that accommodates us woman as well as men.
